Hello! My name is Amber, and I founded E3 AZ Foundation, Inc. in 2018 after being inspired by a 4-year-old girl named Laila and a passion to support others impacted by out-of-home-care. As a child who was once in foster care myself and adopted by a single mother, I have faced many adversities in my life.
I am so grateful that God placed certain souls into my life to help encourage, equip, and empower me. Now, I want to return the favor. This is my story…

Monica has a heart of gold and always wants to help those who need it most. She received her degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy while living in London for six years with her family. Her passion for helping foster children is a very personal mission.
